NETORA TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to NETORA.

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the NETORA mobile application, website, advertising services, earning features, rewards, referral programs, tasks, offers, wallet services, and other services provided by Netora Limited ("NETORA", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using NETORA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use NETORA.

1. ABOUT NETORA

NETORA is a digital platform serving two primary groups:

Users

Users can access eligible earning opportunities, rewards, referrals, tasks, offers, advertisements, and other services made available through NETORA.

Advertisers

Businesses, brands, and advertisers can use NETORA's advertising network to promote their businesses, products, services, applications, and campaigns.

NETORA may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use NETORA, you must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable in your country.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must keep your account information reasonably accurate and up to date.

NETORA may require identity verification before allowing access to certain features, including certain financial or withdrawal-related services.

3. YOUR NETORA ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Maintaining control of your account

• Not allowing unauthorized persons to use your account

• Not creating accounts for fraudulent purposes

You must notify NETORA if you believe that your account has been compromised.

NETORA is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials, except where required by applicable law.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND KYC

NETORA may require users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before accessing certain services.

Verification may require:

• Government-issued identification

• Personal information

• Selfie verification

• Liveness detection

• Other information reasonably necessary to verify identity

KYC verification may be performed by NETORA or by a third-party identity-verification provider.

NETORA may refuse, delay, or restrict verification where:

• Information is inaccurate

• Documents cannot be verified

• Information appears fraudulent

• The verification process cannot establish the user's identity

• The account appears to violate NETORA's rules

Submitting another person's identity documents or attempting to bypass verification is prohibited.

5. NETORA CREDITS (NC)

NETORA may provide users with Netora Credits (NC) for completing eligible activities.

NC is an in-app reward/credit unit provided under NETORA's applicable reward programs.

NC:

• Is not a bank deposit

• Is not a cryptocurrency unless NETORA expressly states otherwise

• Does not represent ownership in NETORA

• Does not represent shares or equity

• Does not guarantee a fixed monetary value unless expressly stated by NETORA

• May be subject to eligibility requirements and applicable program rules

NETORA may modify reward rates, requirements, limits, or qualifying activities when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the platform.

6. EARNING ACTIVITIES

NETORA may provide earning opportunities including:

• Daily rewards

• Referrals

• Advertisements

• Tasks

• Surveys

• Offerwalls

• Promotions

• Other qualifying activities

Each earning activity may have its own eligibility requirements.

Users must complete activities genuinely and in accordance with the applicable rules.

NETORA may reject activity or rewards where the activity is:

• Fraudulent

• Manipulated

• Automated

• Duplicated

• Self-generated

• Performed through prohibited methods

• Generated through multiple accounts

• Otherwise inconsistent with NETORA's rules

7. ADVERTISEMENTS AND NETORA ADS

NETORA operates its own advertising network through which advertisers can promote their businesses, brands, products, services, or applications.

NETORA may also use third-party advertising and technology providers.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with applicable laws and NETORA's advertising policies.

NETORA may reject, suspend, remove, or restrict advertisements that violate our policies or applicable law.

NETORA does not guarantee the performance, sales, conversions, or results of an advertising campaign.

8. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS AND OFFERWALLS

NETORA may provide tasks, surveys, promotions, and offers through third-party providers.

Third-party offers may have additional eligibility requirements and terms.

NETORA does not guarantee that every third-party offer will remain available or that every user will qualify.

Where a third-party provider determines whether an offer has been successfully completed, NETORA may rely on the provider's validation information when determining reward eligibility.

NETORA is not responsible for the independent services, content, policies, or decisions of third-party offer providers.

9. REFERRAL PROGRAM

NETORA may provide referral rewards for qualifying referrals.

Referral rewards are subject to the requirements displayed within NETORA.

Users must not:

• Refer themselves

• Create accounts for the purpose of generating referrals

• Create multiple accounts

• Use fake identities

• Manipulate referral systems

• Use bots or automated systems

• Purchase fraudulent referrals

• Engage in any activity intended to artificially generate referral rewards

NETORA may cancel referral rewards and take action against accounts involved in fraudulent referral activity.

10. FRAUD, ABUSE AND MANIPULATION

NETORA maintains systems designed to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

Prohibited activity includes:

• Multiple accounts operated by one person where prohibited

• Self-referrals

• Fake accounts

• Automated activity

• Bots

• Scripts

• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities

• Manipulating advertisements

• Manipulating offers or tasks

• Manipulating rewards

• Fraudulent KYC information

• Using another person's identity

• Attempting to bypass security systems

• Any activity intended to obtain rewards unfairly

NETORA may investigate suspicious activity.

During an investigation, rewards, withdrawals, or account functionality may be temporarily restricted.

11. WITHDRAWALS

Where withdrawals are available, users must satisfy NETORA's applicable withdrawal requirements.

These requirements may include:

• Completing identity verification

• Meeting the minimum withdrawal amount

• Having sufficient eligible balance

• Passing fraud and security checks

• Providing accurate payment information

• Complying with applicable laws and NETORA rules

NETORA may delay a withdrawal when additional verification or security checks are reasonably necessary.

12. WITHDRAWAL FEES

NETORA charges withdrawal processing fees as follows:

Withdrawals below $50

A 10% withdrawal fee applies.

Withdrawals of $50 or more

A 5% withdrawal fee applies.

The applicable fee is calculated based on the withdrawal amount.

Why NETORA charges withdrawal fees

Withdrawal fees help NETORA cover costs associated with processing withdrawals, including:

• Payment-provider processing fees

• Financial transaction processing costs

• KYC and identity-verification costs

• Security and fraud-prevention costs

• Other operational costs associated with processing withdrawals

The applicable fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount or otherwise applied as shown before the withdrawal is processed.

NETORA may update withdrawal fees where payment-provider charges, KYC costs, regulatory requirements, or operating costs change. Where appropriate, users will be informed of updated fees before completing a withdrawal.

13. PAYMENT PROCESSING

NETORA may use third-party payment providers, banks, financial institutions, cryptocurrency services, or other payment infrastructure.

Payment processing may be subject to the provider's own terms, processing times, fees, restrictions, and verification requirements.

NETORA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, network issues, compliance checks, or circumstances outside NETORA's reasonable control.

14. ADVERTISER TERMS

Advertisers using NETORA must provide accurate campaign and business information.

Advertisers must not submit advertisements that:

• Promote illegal activities

• Contain deceptive or misleading claims

• Infringe intellectual-property rights

• Contain malicious software

• Promote prohibited products or services

• Attempt to defraud users

• Violate applicable advertising laws

• Violate NETORA advertising policies

NETORA reserves the right to review, reject, pause, modify, or remove advertising campaigns.

Advertising payments and campaign balances may be subject to the applicable NETORA advertising terms and payment conditions.

15. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Break applicable laws

• Violate another person's rights

• Attempt to access another user's account

• Reverse engineer or compromise NETORA

• Interfere with NETORA's servers or infrastructure

• Introduce malware or harmful code

• Use bots or automated systems without authorization

• Manipulate rewards or advertising systems

• Circumvent security measures

• Provide fraudulent information

• Abuse promotions or referral programs

16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

NETORA may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

• Violated these Terms

• Engaged in fraud

• Manipulated the platform

• Used multiple prohibited accounts

• Submitted fraudulent KYC information

• Abused rewards or referrals

• Violated applicable law

• Created a security risk

• Engaged in activity that could harm NETORA or other users

Where appropriate, NETORA may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If an account is terminated because of confirmed fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity, associated rewards may be cancelled or withheld to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your NETORA account using the account-deletion mechanism provided by NETORA.

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to:

• Your account

• NC balances

• Rewards

• Referral records

• Other account features

Before requesting deletion, users should ensure that any eligible withdrawal or transaction they wish to complete has been processed.

NETORA may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including information necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, security, and dispute resolution.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

NETORA may integrate third-party services, including:

• Advertising providers

• Google services

• Google AdMob

• Offerwall providers

• Payment providers

• KYC providers

• Liveness-verification providers

• Analytics providers

• Hosting providers

• Security providers

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

NETORA does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent policies or operations.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NETORA and its content, branding, logos, software, designs, interfaces, and technology are owned by or licensed to Netora Limited unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit NETORA's intellectual property without authorization.

NETORA's name, logo, trademarks, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

20. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

NETORA aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the application will always be:

• Available

• Error-free

• Uninterrupted

• Free from technical problems

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances outside NETORA's reasonable control.

21. CHANGES TO NETORA SERVICES

NETORA may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services when reasonably necessary.

This may include changes to:

• Reward structures

• NC earning rates

• Referral requirements

• Withdrawal requirements

• Advertising services

• Offer availability

• Fees

• Account features

Where material changes affect users, NETORA may provide notice through the application, website, or another appropriate method.

22. DISCLAIMER

NETORA provides earning opportunities but does not guarantee that any particular user will earn a specific amount of money.

Earnings depend on factors including:

• User participation

• Eligibility

• Available activities

• Advertiser demand

• Offer availability

• Geographic availability

• Successful validation of activities

• Applicable program rules

NETORA does not guarantee a fixed income or minimum earnings.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NETORA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of NETORA, fraudulent activity, or violation of another person's rights.

25. PRIVACY

Your use of NETORA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how NETORA collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Netora Limited and its operations in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided to users under applicable law.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NETORA may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, NETORA may notify users through the application, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Continued use of NETORA after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
